Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Painter/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various painting techniques and general labor tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting such as scraping, sanding, and filling holes
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Mix and match colors for touch-ups and complete projects
- Perform general labor tasks including moving materials and cleaning work areas
- Assist with carpentry work such as framing and stucco repair
- Restore surfaces by removing old paint or plaster
- Read and interpret blueprints when required
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Painter or Laborer
- Knowledge of color theory and paint types
- Familiarity with airless paint spraying techniques
- Ability to perform basic carpentry tasks
- Experience with plaster application is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
